BIOGRAPHY

A native of North Yorkshire, Len Hodgson's artistic career began with a Foundation in Art and Music in Scarborough followed by a Diploma in Art and Design from John Cass in London.  Len returned to Scarborough in 1998 to pursue an MA in Fine Art Painting at the University of Hull, Scarborough Campus.  His paintings and drawings have been exhibited in London, Edinburgh, York as well as other venues in Yorkshire.  His paintings and drawings are in numerous private collections in Europe and America.

Finished works of paintings are oil on canvas in a variety of sizes.  Prices, unframed, are related to scale and without commission fee range from £400 to £3,000.  He regularly undertakes private and corporate commissioned work.  He has just completed the painting St Vincent's Day a commission for Bridlington Hospital, Bridlington, East Yorkshire.
